Special Order Agreement

Thank you for choosing Knapp Supply Company for your project. We appreciate your business. As professionals in the kitchen and bath industry, we are here to assist in the selection of your plumbing and cabinetry needs. While we make every attempt to provide all options and information available, the final decision rests with you, the customer.

  1. Please verify the accuracy of all selections and measurements submitted to Knapp Supply Company. Special order items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once ordered.
  2. Custom built items must be accompanied by a drawing to indicate the exact nature of the product requested.
  3. Damaged or Defective products by cause of manufacturer/vendor can create a delay in installation. Knapp Supply will take the necessary steps to seek resolution in a timely manner. However, Knapp Supply cannot be held responsible for any delay.
  4. Any warranties offered are by the manufacturer and are limited to their terms and conditions. Most warranties do not compensate for labor charges resulting from installation of defective goods. Please check your items carefully before installation.
  5. No orders will be processed until all agreements are signed and required deposits are completed.
  6. All change orders must be in writing and initialed by both the buyer and Knapp Supply.
  7. The purchaser agrees to take possession of all materials within thirty days after notification that the order has been received complete.
  8. Should the buyer default in their obligations in this agreement, the buyer shall be responsible for all attorney fees and other costs that the seller may incur in enforcing the terms of this agreement.

Your approval of the attachments will serve as an agreement for the custom order items on the quote. Please review your selections, and sizes/types for accuracy. Once we order these items, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. If you have any questions or changes, please contact me before approving this order. I can provide any additional product specifications or information that you may need prior to approving the order as shown. That information is also available on the manufacturer’s website.

These products should only be installed by an experienced professional. It is recommendable that any contractors installing these products also confirm they can install them as shown. They should also be made aware of the product specifications as to understand and realize the expectation of quality in construction and finish that may affect their ability to produce an acceptable finished installation.

Wood products can sustain damage during shipping and handling. We will replace parts or cabinets that may have been damaged in this way. Items damaged during installation will have to be reordered and paid for at regular price. Replacement and add-on items need to be ordered all at once to avoid potential differences in finish hues. A single list must be compiled and sent to me with any items that may require reorder. These items will ship in approximately two weeks from the order date. Multiple reorders or add on orders can severely delay the completion of the project due to increased administrative and logistics issues.
