A Message From The President of The Knapp Supply Co.


My name is Jim Feick, the President of Knapp Supply. My job is to maintain the tradition started by Alex Knapp back in 1874 and passed on to his successors these many years.

Part of this tradition says that you must work today to keep the customer you had yesterday. How do we do this? I am personally in contact with our customers every day. From taking an order to listening to a suggestion.

My personal guarantee to you is that if you have a problem or concern, I will do my utmost to get it resolved. You have my word on that.
